ACO KerbDrain® D
Award winning combined kerb and drainage system
ACO KerbDrain® is an award winning combined kerb and drainage system specifically designed and developed to form an integral part of any modern, sustainable surface water management solution

The KerbDrain channels are manufactured from ACO's lightweight material. Independently UKCA and CE marked to BS EN 1433:2002, the one-piece system is suitable for a wide range of applications including major and minor highways, car parks, and commercial and urban landscaping.
The system also benefits from an extensive range of problem-solving components including; perforated and flush centre stones, drop kerbs, radius and mitred units, internal angles, quadrants, and bus stop units.
ACO KerbDrain has a range of units to match HB1, HB2 and 45° splayed profiles, and a selection of depths and lengths to meet the hydraulic and performance requirements of many highways or drainage schemes.
Available sizes
The system is available in a range of HB1, HB2 and SP kerb stone profiles to meet a wide range of applications. Channel widths include; 255mm, 280mm, 305mm, 380mm, 405mm, 455mm and 480mm depths.

We are pleased to announce the addition of 1 metre channels in sizes HB480 and SP455. Driven from feedback given by our customers, the 1 metre lengths offer quicker installation times on-site and the ability to install more meterage per day. The channels are UKCA and CE marked to BS EN 1433:2002 D400.
All ACO KerbDrain® channel ranges are now available in 500mm and 1 metre lengths.

Do you offer a KerbDrain channel without inlet slots?
Yes. Blind KerbDrain units (without inlets) are available in three sizes within our Half Batter D400 range: HB305, HB405, and HB480.
Do you offer any radius units in addition to the 1.8m & 6m radius units?
Mitre units are available for radii between 6 m and 25 m. For larger curves, standard 0.5 m channels may be suitable
How do you open the kerbdrain gully unit covers?
The gully top is fitted with two clips. Releasing these clips allows one end of the cover to be lifted, providing full access into the gully below.
Can the base of the KerbDrain gully unit be turned?
Yes. The gully base can be rotated 180° to alter the direction of the outlet pipework.
Is it possible to connect an outlet pipe to the front of the KerbDrain unit?
Yes, on certain deeper KerbDrain channels. These connections are typically possible on access units, but availability depends on the specific channel type. Please refer to the product brochure for details of which units allow front outlet connections.
The profile of our KerbDrain range is designed to match the front profile of a standard Half Batter or Splay kerbstone.
Yes. The KerbDrain range is designed so that its front profile matches that of a standard Half Batter or Splay kerbstone.
Which sealants are recommended for use with the KerbDrain system?
We recommend Sikaflex® 11FC and Geocel® 945. For guidance on suitability in specific applications, please contact the sealant manufacturer directly.
