ACO SiltStone is designed for rain gardens with kerb inlets that convey surface water through a kerb opening. Positioned directly behind the inlet, it helps disperse incoming flow, reduce velocity and protect the planting area from erosion and sediment build up.
Its organic, wave-inspired surface helps create a more natural interface between engineered drainage and vegetated SuDS features, while the high-strength polymer concrete construction provides long-term durability.
Key Benefits:
- Helps reduce erosion at kerb inlet locations
- Encourages water dispersion into the rain garden
- Provides a silt collection area to support easier maintenance
- Suitable for 600 to 625 mm kerb openings
- Can connect with ACO SiltChannel for extended distribution
- Durable, one-piece polymer concrete design
- Biophilic appearance helps complement landscaped areas
The ACO Overflow Gully range provides a simple way to set and control the overflow height within rain gardens and bioretention areas. This determines the point at which excess water is safely drained away during heavier rainfall events.
Available in ABS plastic and ductile iron options, the range helps protect downstream pipes from leaves, debris and accidental damage while maintaining a discreet appearance within the landscape.
Key Benefits:
- Allows accurate setting of overflow height
- Helps create temporary storage freeboard in the raingarden
- Restricts leaves and debris entering the pipe network
- Available with 75 mm, 110 mm and 160 mm outlet connections
- Discreet black finish blends into planted areas
- Quick and easy to install

The ACO KerbDrain Inlet Box provides a robust kerbside connection for directing road runoff into rain gardens and bioretention areas. It helps manage the transition from carriageway to planting area, supporting controlled water entry, easier maintenance and long-term SuDS performance.
Key Benefits
- Provides a high-level connection from ACO KerbDrain runs into raingardens or bioretention areas
- Helps collect and direct road runoff into SuDS features
- Large accessible inspection area supports easier maintenance
- Connectable to ACO Swale Inlets to help disperse water and reduce erosion
- Can also connect to perforated pipe for distribution into the SuDS feature
- Compatible with HB305 KerbDrain units
- Available with 110 mm or 160 mm rear outlet connections
- Helps maintain a consistent upstand at the front of the raingarden
- Supports integration between kerb drainage and green infrastructure

The ACO SuDS Channel Infiltration Outlet connects ACO MultiDrain channels to a rain garden, bioretention area or filter drain.
By distributing water from the channel through an 80 mm perforated pipe, the outlet helps disperse runoff at a high level within the SuDS feature. This supports top-down infiltration through the media while reducing localised ponding and erosion.
Key Benefits
- Connects MultiDrain channels to SuDS features
- Distributes water evenly through a perforated pipe
- Helps reduce erosion and localised ponding
- Supports high-level water entry into the raingarden
- Includes debris protection to reduce blockage risk
- Available for all MultiDrain MD sizes
- Designed for simple inspection and maintenance

ACO channels and downpipe connectors provide a structured way to transfer roof runoff and surface water across paved areas into rain gardens.
These solutions help avoid standing water and trip hazards while maintaining a neat, pedestrian-friendly surface. They are ideal where downpipes, paved areas and SuDS features need to be linked as part of a wider rainwater management strategy.
Key Benefits:
- Helps transfer roof runoff to rain gardens
- Maintains a flush, pedestrian-friendly surface
- Reduces the need for open surface water routes across paving
- Supports high-level water entry into the SuDS feature
- Simplifies installation around downpipes and channels
- Compatible with slotted or solid grates
